Over and Under takes safety very seriously. As a member of the Northeast Gas Association our employees are
constantly trained and qualified on the most current and safest construction methods. We operate a drug-free workplace
and conform to the federal Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration's standards and rules. Our commitment to safety doesn't end with employees. In the communities where we work, Over and Under strives to provide not only a safe
pipeline but also a safe construction process. Over and Under complies with all federal and state regulations and practices regarding road and job site safety. From flag persons and appropriate signage to protecting active work areas, Over and Under aggressively pursues an accident-free experience for everyone.
